Weird Meteorite Destroys House at Sri Lanka

Scientists from Sri Lanka - as the Peradeniya University - are engaged in studying the strange stones - composed of unknown ore - which fell in a populated area in the mountains Regala - Walapane, mountainous region of the country - in the early morning on February 18, 2014 . SRI LANKA. On the morning of February 18, 2014 - a weird and luminous object dropped in Sri Lanka reaching and damaging the roof of a residence along with several utensils that have been impacted with the blow and the heat.

The falling of the object was accompanied by strange phenomena. At the moment the occurrence, residents of Walpane had the vision obfuscated by the very intense shine of a light violet. A strange smell took the atmosphere and scary noises were also reported - described as uterine sounds.

Witnesses, as the owner of the house struck, told that the bolide, already fallen, seemed a living thing. It throbbed, swelled and had spasms, bumps. Gradually, the activity was decreasing until cease completely.

The affected area, around 8 meters² - was completely burned. Inside the house, objects were destroyed, fragmented or - simply - some substances, like food, had evaporated - even when enclosed in small containers.

A team of scientists, led by the head of the department of geology at the Peradeniya University - Professor Jagath Gunasekera, visited the region and reported that samples of the object were sent to India for further analysis.

However, Jagath Gunasekera said that even that material can to be - and probably it is - remains of a meteorite, a mineral - it is - at first glance - in fact an unusual material.

Two days after the incident, according to the owner of the house - where the object fell - he was visited by strange people who introduced themselves as employees of a special government service. These people advised him to forget about the case and did not talk more about this issue.

he new cases of sleep syndrome have a mild form: while patients are feeling dizzy and sleepy they have no hallucinations and loss of memory.

... Scientists from Semey and Eastern Kazakhstan oblast Radiology and Ecology Research Centers and the Karaganda Hygiene and Occupational Diseases Research Center are still struggling to explain what is causing the syndrome. So far they have identified only one clear pattern.

The symptoms manifest themselves only during thawing weather and sudden warnings. This doesn't help much, though.

Weird. Soil in flames causes burns in Chilean tourists

CHILE. In the town of Lautaro, province Cautín - a strange phenomenon occurred in the Isabel Riquelme National Park when a tourist couple,Francisco Catalan and Paola Vergara - from the capital of country - Santiago - were seriously injured, burned 'by the earth - when they were passing in a determined point of the Reserve.

The victims, who suffered second-degree burns, were medicated in the Clínica Alemã in the city of Temuco - the provincial capital. Catalán had to be hospitalized. The youths were walking without problems when, suddenly, his feet began to sink into the soil that was in burning coals beneath the surface.

Paola was the first to be caught up by the burning soil. She immediately screamed and fell, bending her knees. Catalán, in effort to help his girlfriend, also was seriously injured with arms, hands and legs burned. Until now (02/20/2014) the phenomenon was not explained.

CHINA. JANUARY 30, 2014. Shandong Province, Qihe county - city of Dezhou (德州). In a small breeding farm pigs, a internal camera security captured the strange image of a moving luminous entity.

ARTICO. Researchers from Vladivostok Institute of Marine Technology Problems, Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences found, during a study of the oceanic shelf, in the deep waters of the Arctic - an unknown creature with enormous proportions.

MUTANT? The weird griffon of Argentina

ARGENTINA. In the city of Garuhape, Misiones province, the population was surprised by the finding of the corpse of a weird - a chimeric animal. Half bird, half bird, the creature is being called by the media of Griffin, in reference to the mythological being traditionally described as having bird head, wings and body of a lion.

Measuring just over 23 inches, the 'Griffon was discovered in January (2014). It was hidden beneath a fruit basket in the house of a young student of Genetics - Valeria Machado, from UNAM (Universidad Nacional de Misiones).

Valeria said: At first I thought it was a bird but soon realized (and also her mother) that the creature had the ears. Then, I concluded that it was a newborn rat that could have suffered some kind of mutation.

In other cities of the same province - Misiones - other strange beings, like this Griffin have been found but, even now, have not been studied by scientists.

RUSSIA. In the city Novokubansk - Administrative Region of Krasnodar Krai - located on the banks of the Kuban river, a strange phenomenon happened in the frozen waters. A piece of ice - with a weird, strictly circular shape, appeared on the surface, moving itself in rotation on its own axis - without any apparent cause.

Some observers cogitated that the movement could have been caused by the currents of water in liquid state - beneath the ice sheet but the hypothesis wasn't confirmed and not explains the precision of the cutting.

CALIFORNIA, NORTH WEST

It happens at 30 miles north of Sacramento downtown, 10 miles south of Marysville.

The vídeo shows the appearance of a wandering "orb" of changeable color, moving rapidly across the sky, sometimes hovering briefly and then disappearing.

Additionally, the video recorded the movement of a moving humanoid being, a tall, thin silhouette moving around the sighting site.

To try to prove the existence of a werewolf, residents posted a video on YouTube. In the images in black and white, the supposed creature circulates in a site that appears to be a backyard.

Residents of the city of São Gonçalo dos Campos, in the Metropolitan Region of Feira de Santana (hinterlands of Bahia state, northeast of Brazil), are sheltering themselves into their homes at 9 pm after the rise of rumors about the apparition of a werewolf, reported the newspaper 'A Tarde' - the major of the region.

The "curfew" was adopted about two weeks ago, after a man, known as Pingo, has had an encounter face to face with the creature.

The man described - for a local blog - the alleged werewolf like: A black monster, appearing to have more than 1,5 meters of height, hairy. In the occasion, the creature was writhing - as the legends tell, maybe, in middle of the process of transformation.

Between believers and unbelievers, many people took seriously the history. The retired Paulo Dias, 46, said he perceived "something strange" out of the house, on Tuesday (02/04/2014).

He said: I heard a scratching at the gate, like an animal. Then I stood quiet, in silence. I can not guarantee that the werewolf was, nor do I know if it was.

The scientist ensures that these 'projections of cities - can be seen miles away from their location and reflect what is going on - elsewhere - in real time. Despite these attempts of science to explain the sighting of ghost towns, the phenomenon, that occurs worldwide - remains beeing a mystery.

COLOMBIA. At Bogota city, the capital of the country - was registered over a rare and bizarre case of Lithopedion, petrification of a fetus that died in the womb and was never expelled or extracted.

The host of the freak, is a woman of 84 years old and suffers from dementia - because of old age. Complaining of severe headaches and diarrhea, she was taken to a hospital by relatives.

As the preliminary tests - physical and laboratory - did not reveal any abnormality, doctors did an x-ray of the patient.

Then it was found that the womb of the old lady housed a calcified fetus, fetus whose age was estimated at 32 weeks of pregnancy - around 4 months.

The epoch of the organism's obit was estimated by doctors at about 40 years ago but, the dead child remained in the womb and this organ became to be its tomb.

Doctors and relatives agreed that the most appropriate procedure would be the removal of the small unborn deceased. The surgery, scheduled for Wednesday - Day February 5, 2014 - will be held at a university hospital, in Bogota.

Even today, these places are protected, not only by the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) as well, by the descendants of that mysterious people who - until today, performs ceremonies in these caves and cenotes where they make offerings to ancient deities and entities: the Lords of the waters and of the fields.

CENOTES - WHAT THEY ARE

The cenotes, of different sizes, are formations like wells. They are natural pools, fountains. The term "cenote" - is a word compound of three ideias - TS - ono - OT.

Together, this concepts refer, among the mayans , to natural water fountains, wells. Cenotes are cavities of limestone rocks - more or less deep. How were formed during periods of low sea level - in many cenotes, the water is salty.CENOTES.

For the ancient Maya, the underground caves that contain cenotes were inhabited by gods. The spanish catholic religious - Fray Diego de Landa, who was archbishop of the Archdiocese of Yucatán between 1572 and 1579 - claimed that the gods of the underworld have inhabited these caves.

Even archaeologists must respect the traditions to study these sites. Are released to enter only after going through a ceremony conducted by a wise man, a priest.
