Machu Picchu - The Small and Mysterious Grave of the Mountain

PERU. A strange tomb was found on the hill Uñawaynapicchu in the Archaeological Park of Machu Pichu - on Monday, 03/09/2012. Unlike other funerary constructions of the pre-Columbian civilizations of Peru, this grave is located on the top of a rocky hill, about 10 meters below the summit of the elevation, in front of the big wall of Machu Pichu. Small - measures only 1.20 meters long and has 75 cm wide.

The park director Fernando Astete told Andina news Agency: It is unique because all the graves of Machu Pichu, such as those found by Hiram Bingham (north-american explorer and treasure hunter, 1875-1956), are caves that had been closed with stones of different sizes - stacked and covered with mud - which served as the cement of these constructions.

Researchers have realized that this strange sepulture was desecrated but on the spot were found bones and pottery shards. Next to the tomb, were rescued pieces of stone that belonged to it, what allowed to restore the original appearance of the crypt.

Archaeologists and historians have no idea who was buried there but they believe that was a character distinct or at least unusual, given the location difficult to reach and the size remarkably reduced of this mysterious burial chamber.

Swaziland - The Dance of the Virgins For the King

AFRICA. SWAZILAND. At the small kingdom of Swaziland (17,364 km2), situated in the south of African continent, in august, more than 80 thousands of young women, allegedly virgins, danced half naked, only wearing short skirts and breasts on display to impress the called Ngwenyama (title of king) - King Mswati III, nicknamed "the Lion". It is the Umhlanga or Baile de la Caña (something like The Dance of Bamboo Stick).

The ritual is performed at the royal residence, in Ludzidzini Royal Village. In this time of year, during this party, the king chooses one of these women to be his new bride and future wife - aside of the others - that he already has. They are twelve - currently (2012). 

The other wives - they also observe the dancers - the girls candidates to be the wife of each year. Indeed, everyone sees this ceremony because it become a tourist attraction of the country and videos of the annual performances are available on Youtube.

Besides the possibility of becoming queen, young women dance to show their pride in still be virgins. It is a statement of virginity.

Mswati III, born in april 18 of 1968 - four hours before the country to get independence from Britain - succeeded his father Sobhuza II in 1986. Initially, it was named after Makhosetive. This woman, that will be always a wife of the precedent king, is choosed to be the mother Queen by decision of the royal family and never by another system.

Not are all the wives choosed during the Umhlanga. The first two wives are elected by national counselors and must to be of determined clans: one, of the Matsebula; another - of the Motsa clan. These wives have special ritual functions and their sons never will be the heirs of the crown

The list of wives of the king Mswati III of Swaziland is very interesting. Contrary to what one might think seeing the girls in the dance of the virgins they are not simpletons women and even less - wild natives. 

At least two of them are formed in higher education, in university courses: LaMatsebula, ritual wife, has degree in Psychology. LaMbikiza, born June 16, 1969 as Sibonelo Mngomezulu, is lawyer and is active member in the Swazi Royal Initiative to Combat AIDS (RICA).

LaMotsa, the other ritual wife is Goodwill Ambassador of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since 1996. LaNgangaza, born Carol Dlamini, is patron of the world organization "Hospice at Home" previously led by Diana, Princess of Wales.

New Informations and Photos of the Machine Dated in 400 Million Years

The reel in an ancient rock: an anachronistic visin.

RUSSIA. In 2009 (?), the LAI (Laboratory of Alternate History) received a letter with photos very interesting. The author of the photographs was Alex Gobulev. In the images obtained near the town of Serpukhov Sarakseevo the outskirts of Moscow - a stone that did seem to have a normal aspect, terrain, but containing, encrusted at its core, a screw.

The stone, originally much larger, was extracted and fragmented to be used in constructions of the village. A research group of the an institution - a private and independent NGO - the International Research Center for Cosmic Research of Russia or simply Kosmopoisk (chaired by aerospace engineer Vadim A. Chernobrov) which at the time was investigating the alleged fall of a meteorite in the region, near the city of Kaluga, was called to examine the discovery.

The first avaliation, indicated that the rock was very old and in one of the pieces, realy, was incrusted a small object, with the size of few more of one centimeter. It was surprisingly similar to a screw or a coil of metal. And there was another object in other fragment of rock, a reel. It was an anachronistic vision.

The stone with the screw and several other fragments of the same material were delivered to a specialist Paleontological Institute. In the analysis, dozens of scientists from various areas analyzed the material. And there were also other foreign objects that were revealed fossilized through exposure to X-ray.

The details increase to the mystery: the "screw" nd reel are clearly deposited or placed (contained) in empty cavities. The process of fossilization has not filled the void surrounding. The spaces that containing them, have are well-delineated and, in the case of the reel, is possible see its rounded ends.

The lithology (geological science of rocks) determined the age of the original block rocky. Between 300 and 320 million years ago. 

Around the screw, there was deposits of other materials, which were identified as fossilized remains of marine organisms belonging to an ancient geological period, extremely indented: are crinoids, called Lilies of Sea. This reinforces and confirms the datation of the rocks. The finding became then something inexplicable.

The crinoids are echinoderms that are not move by themselves (but link themselves to a base and, while are free, they follow the movement of the waters being driven by marine currents). Ifor when they find "a port", being rock or wood, their bodies adhere to this fixed base.

The crinoids have their soft tissues sustained by a structure stiff, made of calcium carbonate: an endoskeleton. In the process of fossilization these soft tissues decompose leaving only the solid material that - often - resemble themselves to artificial objects like gears in a machine. That would explain how the artifacts were isolated in capsules: because, for a time they were protected by the organic matter of the crinoids.

However, the screw and the reel - both - jammed into the rock, isolated in their capsules could not be confused with the fossils of organisms because of their anatomy: they are very well delineated. These objects, in no way are similar to the crinoids.

The origin of this news was a survey on a website in Spanish language (see Sources). However, this editor found little and went hunt the original, according to the editor of the Spanish blog the source would be a Russian magazine called Ogonek But, Spanish blog, not released the URL of this magazine (but should have disclosed. Hell ...). 

This source was not found. We only found a OGONEK.NET - in german language.

Advanced search in the website OGONEK.NET - using key words indicated above did not result in any reference. Then, we use the key words in russian and the news was found (in the source indicated below and in others - all them in russian language). 

There were several illustrations and at least one contradiction to what was published in the Spanish blog. The ENIGMAS E MISTERIOS website informs that the discovery took place in 1996. But the Russian website, clearly, mentions 2009.

To find the a correct date we seek a reference page of the research group Kosmopoisk in English and Russian, in Wikipedia. In these sources, we find the record of a series of expeditions conducted in October 1996 in Kaluga (in subtitle Korenevo).

That year, the team Kosmopois was at this region - Kaluga - to investigate what would have been the fall of a meteorite. They were called, according to the russian website, to examine the rock that contained the anachronistic objects found. Then, the group collected the samples that were later analyzed.

The editor of Brazil Weird News wants to make clear that, with this kind of journalism without no one criterion for the accuracy of information, which does not disclose its sources (the case of the spanish website), it is difficult to share, in fact -the knowledge. We consider this kind of omission one amateurism unthinkable for a professional journalist. 

But this news is being published here, with as much detail obtained because no doubt it is a piece in nothing negligible for a collection of fortean events. Ie Charles Fort would have cut the page of the newspaper and filed it in his collection. Thus, we made the same. The difference is that, nowadays, a collection like this can be public. Some people, who managed to glimpse the creature, even in the dark, describe it as a dog, but - with a strange way to walk.

Others said that is an anthropomorphic being with a human face and humanoid limbs, but with the body of an animal. Many also have heard its roar, similar to a roar and said they felt a bad smell nearby. 

(In the past, these inhabitants of rural areas in Brazil, no doubt would say that is a werewolf, but werewolves are not in fashion of the folklore of nowadays, unlike the chupacabras, which are folk stars of postmodernity folklore).

The situation is really alarming. Not only animals are targets of the attacks of the creature. The farmer Elisha Ferreira do Nascimento, who lives 50 years ago in Sitio Laguna, said the problem started there not there two months, but six months ago, when a man was caught by the beast in a sugarcane field. This man was found unconscious and still has not recovered from injuries: even today, he no more can to walk.

The Ghost of the Road 1

ARGENTINA. The Provincial Route 1 - the Road 1 - at the area of the outskirts of the city of La Banda, province of Santiago del Estero - it is haunted. 

Since April of this year (2012), the ghost of a young woman dressed in white appears at night, and not only is sighted by motorists unaccompanied but scares them even more. She appears sitting in their vehicles - in full motion, always silent, looking for them until disappears when approaching the end of the road.

The apparitions always happen on the same stretch of highway, near an ice cream factory. The ghost is so constant that many people began to choose alternative routes, avoiding going through the Route 1.

The scariest episode happened to a young man who, upon hearing the comments about the "woman in white" of Route 1, decided to check the history in local. Coming in the fatal point of road his car - inexplicably, stoped. 

The young man left the vehicle to check the problem but was surprised by a fluorescent light that was approaching him. Immediately, and - confessed - with fear, took refuge in the car. The light disappeared but, looking in the rearview mirror, the boy saw the woman - sitting in the backseat.

Then, he turned the key in the ignition and the engine functioned normally. He accelerated observing her - his passenger without invite, who remained silent and motionless looking to the road side. When he came near the Paraiso neighborhood, the specter disappeared. Exactly how has happened with the other drivers

There is already a version for the presence of this ghost on the road: a few years ago, would have occurred an accident on that stretch of highway, and of course, a young woman died. Some speculate that the ghost is benign. 

The woman died because her companion, driving at night, fell asleep at the wheel and this was the cause of the accident in which she lost her life. Now she accompanies motorists to avoid the repetition of the tragedy. 

Others think the opposite. The spirit, revolted, aims to be a presence that blames the motorists for their early death.
